How do I fulfill my store’s orders? Do I need to fulfill the orders manually, or can you help me do so automatically?
Automatic method
In most cases, we do it automatically. Once you click the trigger to connect your store with our ERP, for example, if you are selling on Shopify, you can search and install the QBSourcing App, the orders will be synchronized to the ERP system, and you can ask us to fulfill all the orders or particular orders with certain products. Once we initiate the process and obtain the tracking number, our system will automatically fulfill your store orders. Furthermore, if you prefer not to have the tracking number from China displayed on your store, we can configure it to use the Last Mile tracking number instead.
Manual Method
In some cases, you are sensitive about your store information; for example, you are selling on Etsy, where most sellers sell hand-made stuff, and you don’t want to connect to any ERP.
You can either export the orders into Excel or use a Google Sheet to send them to us. Once we import the orders into our system, you can log in to view the order fulfillment status and obtain all the tracking numbers. You then need to copy and paste these tracking numbers to your store orders.
